- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. oil
- 3 1/2 to 4 c. grated carrots
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Mix sugar and eggs; beat well.

2Add oil gradually; add flour, cinnamon, salt, soda and grated carrots.

3Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch or two 8-inch round pans or even a Bundt pan well.

4Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
