  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 3 c. grated carrots
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/4 c. English walnuts

    Blend oil and sugar well.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
