  • 4 boiled chicken breasts, deboned
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can diced Ro-Tel
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

    Layer casserole dish with chicken, chips and cheese.

    Mix soups and Ro-Tel in saucepan; heat to boiling.

    Pour half over layer.

    Make another layer of chicken, chips and cheese.

    Pour remaining soup mixture on top.

    Top with cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling hot.
