  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. raisins (optional)
  • 2 c. grated carrots

    Combine oil, sugar and eggs. Add sifted dry ingredients.
