- 1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
- 4 unbeaten eggs
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. grated raw carrots
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Cream sugar and oil.

2Add eggs.

3Sift dry ingredients together and add to first mixture.

4Fold in grated carrots and nuts.

5Put in 3 (9-inch) greased and floured cake pans.

6Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
