- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cinnamon

- 3 c. finely grated carrots
- 1 c. nuts
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients, beating after each egg.

2Sift together dry ingredients.

4Add carrots and nuts.

5Bake at 350° in 4 layer pans or 1 tube pan for 1 hour.
