  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. grated carrots
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. pecans

    Preheat oven to 300°.

    Pour batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Start at 300° and then increase to 325°.
