- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. soda
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. pecans
Directions

1Mix well.

2Preheat oven to 300°.

3Pour batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Start at 300° and then increase to 325°.

5Bake for 45 minutes or until done.

6Cool, then ice the cake.
