- 2 c. white sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. grated, raw carrots
- 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Mix the sugar, oil and eggs together at medium speed for 2 minutes.

2Add dry ingredients and beat for 1 minute.

3Add carrots and nuts and pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
