  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 3 c. grated carrots
  • 4 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients.

    Add carrots, nuts, salad oil and beaten eggs.

    Bake in 2 layers or loaf pan at 350° for 30 minutes for layers and 40 to 50 minutes for loaf.

    Cool cake and frost.
