- 3 c. carrots, grated
- 2 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1 c. walnuts
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine carrots with oil, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and allspice; mix.

2Then add flour and salt slowly; mix thoroughly.

3Add baking soda and walnuts to mixture.

4Then put into a 13 x 9 or 8-inch spring-form pan.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until center is firm.
