  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. finely chopped nuts
  • 1 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. grated carrots

Directions

    Mix sugar and oil together.

    Add well beaten eggs and mix well. Combine dry ingredients and stir in.

    Mix until smooth.

    Add chopped nuts and carrots.

    Bake in 3 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans at 325° for 30 minutes.
