- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. finely chopped nuts
- 1 1/2 c. salad oil
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 c. grated carrots
Directions

1Mix sugar and oil together.

2Add well beaten eggs and mix well. Combine dry ingredients and stir in.

3Mix until smooth.

4Add chopped nuts and carrots.

5Bake in 3 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans at 325° for 30 minutes.
