- 2 c. chopped pecans
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt

- 1 1/2 c. oil
Directions

1Combine all ingredients (except carrots and pecans).

3Fold by hand in carrots and pecans.

4Bake in greased and floured round cake pans at 350° for about 35 minutes.
