  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 2 1/2 c. fine grated carrots

Directions

    Sift together flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon.

    Mix in mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients.

    Bake at 375° until firm in pan.
