  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 3 c. grated raw carrots

Directions

    With a mixer, beat eggs.

    Fold in flour, soda, cinnamon, walnuts, oil and raw carrots.

    Pour into an ungreased cake pan and bake for 1 hour at 300°.
