- 2 c. cooking oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 whole eggs
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. chopped pecans or black walnuts
Directions

1Measure and sift together sugar, flour soda, cinnamon and salt.

2Sift into oil and stir.

3Add 4 whole eggs and stir well, add carrots and nuts and stir well.

4Bake in 13 x 9 x 2 pan at 300 for 30 to 40 minutes.
