  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/4 c. cooking oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 c. shredded carrots or finely grated

    Sift dry ingredients in a bowl.

    Add oil and eggs and beat. Add carrots.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes in 13 x 9 1/4 x 2-inch cake pan.
