- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3 c. flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 c. black walnuts
Directions

1Mix the first 8 ingredients well.

2Add pineapple with juice and walnuts.

3Bake in tube pan sprayed with Baker's Joy.

4Bake 1 hour; let stand 15 minutes.

5Turn upside down on plate.

6Let cool and frost with Caramel Frosting.
