  • 8 c. whole wheat flour
  • 6 c. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. baking soda
  • 4 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 4 c. oil
  • 1 1/3 c. water
  • 16 eggs
  • 8 c. grated carrots

Directions

    Mix together flour, brown sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.

    Add oil and water.

    Stir well.

    Add eggs and carrots. Beat well.
