- 1 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. finely grated carrots
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Blend eggs, sugar and oil.

2Sift flour with soda and cinnamon. Add to egg mixture.

3Fold in carrots and pecans.

4Place in three 9-inch cake pans.

5Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
