- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. soda
Directions

1Cream together sugar and eggs.

2Blend in oil.

3Stir together soda, salt, flour, cinnamon and salt.

4Mix and blend.

5Add carrots. Bake in three 8-inch square or three 9-inch round pans at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes.

6Insert toothpick for testing; if comes out clean, cake is done.
