  • 4 eggs
  • 4 c. strained carrots
  • 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. black walnuts, chopped

    Cream sugar and eggs together.

    Sift all dry ingredients together.

    Add alternately to batter with oil.

    Add nuts and pour into prepared pan.
