- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 c. nuts, chopped
- 3/4 c. coconut
- 3 c. carrots, grated
Directions

1Cream sugar, oil and eggs together.

2Mix in separate bowl the flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon.

3Mix dry ingredients into sugar, oil and eggs mix, a small amount at a time until all mixed. Bake 1 hour at 350° in a Bundt pan or flat pan or layer pan.

4Ice with cream cheese frosting.
