- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Mix together the sugar and oil.

2Add eggs one at a time.

3Add carrots.

4In another bowl, mix together dry ingredients and combine.

5Mix thoroughly for about 10 minutes.

6Preheat oven to 350° and bake for 1 hour.
