- 1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus yellow cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. shredded carrots
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Grease and flour 12 cup fluted tube pan. In large bowl, blend cake mix, eggs, oil, water, brown sugar and cinnamon until moistened.

3Beat 2 minutes at highest speed.

4Fold in shredded carrots, raisins and nuts.

5Spoon into tube pan.

6Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool upright 25 minutes.

7Cool completely before serving.
