  • 3 c. raw carrots, grated
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 c. flour

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except carrots, together.

    After well mixed, add carrots.

    Bake in 3 greased and floured layer pans for 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.

    Use Carrot Cake Icing.
