  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 c. grated carrots

    Sift and mix all dry ingredients.

    Add oil and stir well.

    Add eggs one at a time, and then add carrots.

    Pour into prepared cake pan and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
