  • 34 cup flour
  • 34 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 12 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 14 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 12 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 12 cup milk
  • 8 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 12 cups carrots
  • 12 cup raisins

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 12 muffin cups.

    In a large bowl, mix first 7 ingredients.

    In a smaller bowl, whisk together egg, oil, milk and vanilla; add carrots and pineapple.
