- 2 lb. sliced carrots
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta, softened
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Cook carrots with sugar and salt until almost done.

2Drain. Soften Velveeta in microwave.

3Add butter, onions and Worcestershire sauce.

4Mix cheese mixture and carrots.

5Pour in casserole.

6Bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes.

7Top with cornflakes or Ritz crackers, crushed.
