- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 stick melted oleo
- cinnamon
Directions

1Cook and mash carrots.

2Mix with all the other ingredients and place in a buttered casserole dish.

3Sprinkle with cinnamon.

4Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
