- 5 1/2 peeled scraped carrots
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 8 oz. American cheese spread, cubed
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes until crisp-tender.

2Drain.

3Saute onions in butter in skillet and add cheese spread, sour cream and milk. Blend well.

4Stir in carrots and spoon into a greased casserole. Sprinkle with crumbs and parsley.

5Bake at 350° for 20 minutes until hot.
