  • 5 c. carrots, diced and cooked to just tender
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c. diced American cheese
  • 1 1/4 c. bread crumbs, browned in 1 stick oleo

Directions

    Place carrots in casserole. Saute onion in 1 stick oleo.

    Pour over carrots. Sprinkle cheese over carrots. Brown bread crumbs in oleo; sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
