- 1 medium onion
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. diced American cheese
- 1 1/4 c. bread crumbs, browned in 1 stick oleo
Directions

1Place carrots in casserole. Saute onion in 1 stick oleo.

2Pour over carrots. Sprinkle cheese over carrots. Brown bread crumbs in oleo; sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
