  • 1 large can sliced carrots, drained
  • 1/2 c. diced onions
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • buttered bread crumbs or grated cheese for topping

    Saute onions and celery in butter.

    After this makes a sauce, add carrots.

    Spoon into a casserole dish and top with buttered bread crumbs or grated cheese.
