- 1 large can sliced carrots, drained
- 1/2 c. diced onions
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. grated cheese
- buttered bread crumbs or grated cheese for topping
Directions

1Saute onions and celery in butter.

3milk and cheese.

4After this makes a sauce, add carrots.

5Spoon into a casserole dish and top with buttered bread crumbs or grated cheese.
