Lawrence'S Quick Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 c. white rice
  • 3 c. water
  • 1 tall can pink salmon
  • 1/4 c. celery, diced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Add 3 cups water to 1 cup rice in covered casserole dish, place in oven at 350° until water is gone (approximately 10 minutes). Stir in salmon and juices until a paste.

    Add celery and thoroughly mix.

    Ideal salad or sandwich spread.
