- 1 c. white rice
- 3 c. water
- 1 tall can pink salmon
- 1/4 c. celery, diced
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Add 3 cups water to 1 cup rice in covered casserole dish, place in oven at 350° until water is gone (approximately 10 minutes). Stir in salmon and juices until a paste.

2Add celery and thoroughly mix.

3Ideal salad or sandwich spread.
