- 2 lb. carrots, cleaned, scraped and cut into slices
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 1 stick oleo
- cracker crumbs
Directions

1Cook carrots in salted water with small amount of sugar until tender.

2Drain and place in buttered casserole dish.

3Melt together the cheese and oleo; pour over carrots.

4Sprinkle buttered cracker crumbs on top.

5Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, or until bubbly.
