Carrot Casserole

  • 1 pkg. carrots
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion

Directions

    Cook the carrots until tender and drain well.

    Mix together: soup, sugar, oil, peppers and onion.

    Pour over carrots and let set overnight.

    Put casserole dish in a 350° oven and cook for 45 minutes.

    Very good.
