- 1 pkg. carrots
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
Directions

1Cook the carrots until tender and drain well.

2Mix together: soup, sugar, oil, peppers and onion.

3Pour over carrots and let set overnight.

4Put casserole dish in a 350° oven and cook for 45 minutes.
