- 2 lb. carrots
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- buttered bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Cook carrots in small amount of water until done.

2Saute onion and pepper until done in small amount of oil.

3Mash carrots and stir in onion and pepper.

4Make thick cream sauce with butter, flour, pepper and milk.

5Mix all together and bake at 350° until bread crumbs are nicely browned.
