- 1/2 cup sweet butter
- 2 medium leaks - white part only, finly chopped
- 6 med carrots - peeled and sliced
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- white pepper
- garlic croutons
Directions

11. Saute leaks and carrots in butter - 5 min

22. Stir in curry, cumin and nutmeg

33. Add chicken stock and orange juice

44. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 25 - 30min

55. Cool - puree in food processor

77. Season with Salt and pepper
