  • 2 c. grated carrots
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 recipe for white sauce
