Baked Onion

Ingredients

  • dried mint
  • medium yellow onions
  • butter or margarine
  • salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Put flour in 1 turkey size cooking bag and shake until dusted. Clean onions and cut off ends so they will sit level.

    Put butter on each onion.

    Sprinkle with mint and salt to taste.

    Put onions in bag.
  5. 5
    Punch 10 to 12 holes in top side of bag.
  6. 6
    Bake at 325° until tender.

    This takes about an hour.
