  • 20 grams Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Water

Directions

    Peel the carrots and roughly chop them.

    If you are using organic vegetables, clean off the dirt and use them without peeling.

    Heat butter in a heavy pan.

    Lightly saute the carrots and coat with butter.

    Add enough water to cover the carrots.

    Add salt and simmer over very low heat for 1-2 hours.

    The sweetness of the carrots is brought out by cooking slowly over low heat.

    Once the carrots have cooled, put them into a blender and pulse until smooth.
