- 10 Carrot
- 20 grams Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Water
Directions

1Peel the carrots and roughly chop them.

2If you are using organic vegetables, clean off the dirt and use them without peeling.

3Heat butter in a heavy pan.

4Lightly saute the carrots and coat with butter.

5Add enough water to cover the carrots.

6Add salt and simmer over very low heat for 1-2 hours.

7The sweetness of the carrots is brought out by cooking slowly over low heat.

8Once the carrots have cooled, put them into a blender and pulse until smooth.
