- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. fresh minced parsley
- Peanut oil
- Powder sugar (optional)
Directions

1Cook carrots, cover, in a small portion of boiling salted water 15 minutes or until tender; drain.
