- 5 c. carrots, sliced and cooked until tender (or canned, rinsed and drained)
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- black pepper to taste
Directions

1Place the first 3 ingredients in bowl.

2Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over first mixture.

3Mix together, cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight.

4Serve cold.
