Ingredients

  • 5 c. carrots, sliced and cooked until tender (or canned, rinsed and drained)
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vinegar
  • black pepper to taste

Directions

    Place the first 3 ingredients in bowl.

    Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over first mixture.

    Mix together, cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight.

    Serve cold.
