  • 2 lb. carrots, cooked in chunks (not too soft)
  • 1 large onion, sliced thin
  • 1 large green pepper, diced
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 3/4 c. vinegar

Directions

    Mix together last 5 ingredients.
