  • 1 lb. carrots, sliced, cooked and cooled
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. oil (scant)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

    Marinate carrots, green pepper and onion in tomato soup.

    Mix other ingredients and pour over marinated vegetables.

    Let stand for 12 hours.
