Ingredients

  • 5 cups sliced carrots or 1 lg. pkg. frozen, sliced carrots, cooked and drained
  • 1 medium onion, sliced thin
  • 1 medium green pepper, sliced thin
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard

Directions

    Place first three ingredients in large bowl.

    In medium bowl mix the remaining ingredients, then add to large bowl.

    Marinate in refrigerator at least 12 hours.
