- 1 to 2 lb. carrots
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
Directions

1Grate enough carrots to fill the next to large mixing bowl. Mix with onion, raisins, drained pineapple and mayonnaise.
