  • 2 bunches carrots, cut diagonally into 1-inch pieces and cooked
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
