  • 2 lb. carrots
  • 1 can cream of tomato soup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 medium onion

    Slice carrots 1/4-inch thick; cook until half done, about 8 minutes.

    Drain and cool.

    Mix rest of ingredients and heat to boiling.
