- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 1 c. milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 rounded Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Combine mashed carrots with rest of ingredients.

2Mix well. Bake in a 325° oven for 30 minutes.

3Spread topping over carrots and return to oven for about 25 minutes.
