  • 2 c. cooked, mashed carrots
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 rounded Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Combine mashed carrots with rest of ingredients.

    Mix well. Bake in a 325° oven for 30 minutes.

    Spread topping over carrots and return to oven for about 25 minutes.
