  • 8 carrots, sliced thin
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 2 green onions (tops included)

Directions

    Chop onions and green pepper; saute in oleo.

    Add parsley. Boil carrots until tender; drain and add to other ingredients. Add sugar; mix well.
